ListPilot
Privacy Policy
Last updated: April 2026
ListPilot is a Chrome browser extension that helps users create eBay listings from product pages. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights.
1. Information We Collect
- License key: Stored locally in your browser to verify your subscription.
- Device and account identifiers: We store a hashed device identifier, license/customer identifiers, purchase email, and subscription status to activate and protect the service.
- Abuse-prevention signals: To prevent repeated trial abuse, we may compare exact or provider-safe email representations, device identifiers, license and Discord identifiers, and Stripe customer/payment references. IP address, name, and user-agent information may be retained as corroborating security evidence, but a shared IP, name, or network alone is not an automatic block.
- Product page data: When you use ListPilot, the extension reads publicly visible product information and sends it to the Anthropic Claude API to generate your eBay listing. This data is not stored by us.
- Listing count: A counter of listings generated, stored in our database with your license.
2. Information We Do Not Collect
- We do not collect your browsing history.
- We do not store your Anthropic API key (stored locally in your browser only).
- We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for marketing.
- We do not receive or store full payment card numbers. Stripe processes payments; we may receive Stripe customer, subscription, payment-intent, and opaque card-fingerprint references needed for billing and abuse prevention.
3. Third-Party Services
- Anthropic Claude API: Product data is sent to generate listing content.
- Stripe: Payment processing and subscription management.
- Supabase: License records are stored on Supabase infrastructure.
4. Data Retention
License and billing records are retained for the duration of your subscription and as needed for accounting, support, security, and abuse prevention. Active abuse-prevention records remain while the case is active; after resolution, they are purged or anonymized within 90 days unless a legal or accounting hold applies. You may request deletion; a request involving an active security block may require manual review.
